It is this touch
that I so desire,
that I miss so much.
All I aspire
to
is to be with you.
I miss you in a way
that I can never adequately
portray
in wanton poetry.
I just need to let it be
I can't,
I won't
I shouldn't
I wouldn't
ever do that.
Imagine what
it could have been.
I never win
at love.
I miss you so very much
this touch
is all that I am thinking of.
