A clear pedestal
A Buddhist samadhi
Absolute concentration
And meditation
Upon the stem of a lotus

Is a perfectly balanced
Meditating Buddha
Of no name
And heritage
Only a meditation

A blossoming flower
An omnipresent awareness
Undetectable awareness
Unimaginable awareness

That it is present
And silent
Like silence itself
Meditation lingers
within the silence

The silence
And this ancient language
Is spoken and heard
Between the ears
Above the brow

And within
the essence of mind
An absent mind
Emerges the silent
Samadhi meditation

A meld of mind that is
Undescribable
Only perceivable
and comprehensible

Close your eyes
quiet your mind
And lightening flash
Shall quicken

Embarking upon a meditation
That is already taking place

Close your mind
And become
a part of your meditation

A clear state
A clear pedestal
In which upon
your grace emanates

And your balance
Is the stem of the lotus

And your posture
Is the Buddhist flower

Blossoming unto life.
