Without her
My inertia slow

Can we withstand these
Rough waves
Teaching us
Real resolve

Determination rising
Each wake peaking
Wanting

The volume of water
Cannot subside
Or decrease

Seeming to be kept
On high

Loving like this
Never seemed
Possible

It has taken us
Overflowing

The ocean consuming
Us with its immense
Swallow

Its mood is good
It must decide
Do we belong to it
Or each other

Forget choice
Decide.
