I sit
I watch
I observe
I cannot close my eyes
To this world around me
Every day brings youth
And vitality

I listen to this
Silence
I am taught

This silence my
School
Of thought
And understanding

Inside I feel
This world
I am not a sentient
Being
Sentient being
The world

And I am in it
As I sit and observe
Myself
