The sun slowly rises in eastern sky
Lifting so quietly in early morning.
The sky lights so gently, eventually,
The sun's warmth touches this day.
This is the way the day does start,
As it has from the beginning of all time.
While the moon goes into hiding,
The morning shares once more in glory.
