Justin by Peggie EngYou could say he was "Just in time", this son of mine.
He landed on this earth at 747 in a whoosh.. just like the big airplane.
Such a special boy is he, with the amber brown eyes.
He has grown so tall, its hard to recognize him at all, from the little lamb I used
to bounce upon my knee, made just for me.
He is now with me as it should be, I can't wait to see what a amazing man he shall be, "Just in time."

Posted by A. Paige White on 11/15/09 at 01:52 PM I can so relate to this. My son is over 6' and loves to hoist me over his head with little effort. When he and his sister got into it recently, I was reminded of how my daughter used to beat up on him out of sheer sisterly meanness just because she could. I used to tell her, he's going to be bigger than you one day, you better quit being mean to him! Really enjoyed this. |
