Good morning, sweetness... by Julie Adams
I woke up but you were not next to me—
I have no closed eyes to kiss, no lips to taste,
no body warmth to press my body into
but I imagine you here, next to me
sleeping, peaceful, relaxed, naked
in my arms. You find my desire spilling over
into a bright beautiful new morning
my hands reach down to play with you,
make you hard, my kisses flood your body,
my body communes with yours
long before your eyes ever open
