She was anal retentive in such a sense
That absolutely made no sense to me.
I watched her move, ever so gracefully,
She acted as if this were but her norm.
I assured her that I meant little if any harm
But my deepest sincerity, she could but see.
At least, this was how it appeared to be.
As I waited, my sordid love life in past tense.
