What defines me?
As a soul I am
long gone and wish
to be forgotten
like a seasonal
fog.

They say that
we are meant to
find our way,
and stake our claim.

But I desire not
to stab the world
with foils and
broken daggers.

I want to find my
way through loveless
laced skies.
And friendless
nights.

With humors long
distorted with
imbalances.

So what defines me
as a man without
and cause or purpose.

My body has long
been a confusion
of broken pieces,
and my heart beats
for no one and
everyone.
