In Soft Early Morning Clouds Dance Away

by Joe Cramer

In soft early morning, clouds dance away
Heralding the beginning of new found day.
Shrouded in grey, coloured in such a blue.
The sun's faintest light, basking forth this hue.
It is in this way that the skies alight
With such a new born early morning light.
Stars shine faintly in this sky overhead
Dancing across the morning, still ahead.
This is the quiet start of fine, new day
As the sun breaks now, hotly in this way.
Lingering still, the morning moves onward
Until light gives its way, shining upward.
This, how the day begins, so very bold,
In this same life, that stirs my deepest soul.
