All of me in the end.

by Christopher Shin

The gray clings to
my coat as I shrug
against the sudden
downpour.

My eyes blink against
the tears that are shed
from the clouds.

So I grab the shield
to protect me from
the soggy weather.

Then all of a sudden
as if an explosion
the crack of thunder
explodes the idea.

That I'm not here.
And the sky opens me
through the chaos.

And I scream but
I'm just a fade,
a wraith, and a ghost.

I like the idea of this, a couple of things, in S1, I believe it's downpour, not pore. S4 for me explodes and explosion doesn't work, I like the image but I think it could be tightened up to make it stronger, I think even something like "destroys". anyway, hope thats helpful, thanks for the read
