Grand Request

by H.M Stevens

There is a lot of life

But, I'd like a little more

Another hour to swell

Something stretched passed memory

or time transcending

A free falling musical note

Pitched to infinity...

All these lives within lives

My collection pulled throughout a long moment

As if everything to be collected

has simply been collected

Although no-

I would like

one more scoop

That needn't be grand

Something small and a little sweet

will do

Another splendid tug

Away from gravity

Defying a godly physics

That which I cannot know, but want nonetheless

I think this is awesome in your choice of word usage in expressing these concepts of experience and existance.I am collecting a few poems tonight for my favorites and this is one of them.Excellent work.
