Alex's Birthday Poem

by Deborah S Regan

Alexander is turning four,
An age he’s never been before.
He’s been growing since the day he was born
And hoping his birthday meal will be at Longhorn

He will surely prove he can get around
At the Little Gym and on the playground
We’re proud of him in every way
We’ll watch him eat cake on his birthday

I hope he remembers all the fun
He will always be my wonderful son

Sentimental and sweet. A simple birthday greeting Alex will one day treasure.
