extort purpose by Matthew Sharpseconds and centuries multiplication
unkown measurements by imagination
infinity settles on the scale
sight passed through time
a new eye impales eternal veils
screaming in shock
mocked by constant birthing unearthing
planet grain of sand its unable to be labeled
balancing its stride like an hourglass on its side
lies and fables turn the tables unequal pressure
flips the box and grinds its treasures
exalted in thoughtless awareness effortless effort

Posted by Shannon McEwen on 09/20/09 at 04:01 AM I like this, I absolutely love the images these lines provoke:
"infinity settles on the scale" (made me actually cringe!)
"planet grain of sand its unable to be labeled
balancing its stride like an hourglass on its side" |
