The Paranoid
by Razel DaviesSo long,
So silent.
Each moment,
A worry creeps in.
The questions,
Needing answers.
Paranoia,
sweeping through.
Is it deserved?
Does it know,
More than I?
In this solitude,
From your caring.
I dare not,
Think of you.
This dark fear,
Holds me so near.
The last weakness,
In my soul.
A caring,
Daring,
To wish you well.
A hope,
whispered through fear,
that you are safe.
