Love in the eyes of death by Keith D AllisonIn the life of man
the circles
too long
too short
The crops in the field
begging for rain
others aching for the sun
does reaper smile at day end
the life of a life time ago
the heart lays empty
the picture is fading on wall
a young girl's smile glistens in the evenings light
The rocking chair creaks
the guitar strum it out
a song
that might have been
As life draws to a close
