Crumbling Walls

by Alison McKenzie

These crumbling walls -
The rubble dissipates easily,
Particles twinkling to fairy dust,
Lighting in our hair,
Making our eyes giggle,
Giddy on the inhale.

I love that we heal one another.
I love that we see the same
Colours, auras,
Universal understanding,
Surprised by the click
Of laughter, the depth of energy
On the same page
As you finish my sentences,
Me tickling the underside of your
Time alone
To time together,
A blessing of ages,
The garden no longer
On the list of neglected treasures.

Seeing beyond the wall
Inside,
The vision is lovely,
The cosmos of two on a swing,
The unkempt garden
Bursts with anticipation,
Little seedlings pop
In the glory of a new sun.

"The rubble dissipates easily, Particles twinkling to fairy dust," refreshing -- like the rebirth it describes

...a garden grows (unkempt)[gorgeous] a garden unkempt...ali, i love the free-growth-ness of this...
