there is something in side he wants to say
say it out loud, will it be okay

express the briefness of heart
deploy the emotional demons

a trepidation clouds his mind
he seeks the solution to this slippery quiz

hands fumble and drop as this thing squirms
a fear of retched disappointment

how loud he screams it to himself
echoes off the internal walls

nothing ekes out of his emotional shell
the sounds just bounce into a dissolve
