I try harder than I am
When things just get lost in the middle.
I know that I am
More than that, more than this,
So I end up with a little of this
And a lot of that
With nothing in the middle.
I want more than me
This attempt never fulfills me
Or lets me free.
I keep trying harder
Harder than I am.
