we are stuff of the stars by Charlie Morgana three foot high energy spot grabs meleg;
i absorb the wave and settle into being hit.
a tilted node on the shoulders, cheeks my leg.
'paPaw, paPaw'...no becomes yes. down, up.
planets hurry to align themselves with me;
see my treasure trove dangles of glory.
and look winsomely, i turn. embarrased.
why am i more blessed than the planets?
he, we are the Universe, the stars
belong to us, are for us. are us.

| Posted by Genevieve Sturrock on 04/24/09 at 05:34 PM in deed...the planets, stars and sun all revolve around him and you. how wonderful to be center of your universe. |
| Posted by Joan Serratelli on 04/24/09 at 06:10 PM he should only realize just how much he means to you! He's very lucky to have you and I hope he knows that he is the center of your very being! LOVED IT! |
| Posted by Clara Mae Gregory on 04/26/09 at 03:17 PM Ah, this is wonderful...and it makes me think of that line in Joni Mitchell's "Woodstock" song:
"We are stardust, we are golden
And we got to get ourselves back to the garden."
And....isn't is just awesome knowing the joys of being a grandparent? I could relate so well and my husband is a lot like you, he loves being a granddaddy....he is their loving human playground.:)
