When I see your face in such countenance
My heart melts and pours out on to the floor.
There is such a warmth to you, such a sweetness,
I know our love will ever endure.
This is the love that I always long for,
Just to know you in your own special way.
Oh sweet muse, it is you I adore,
With you now love, forever and a day.
To share with you all these words of my heart,
At your side always, as it were.
Writing sonnets to you, as I impart
My heart of hearts, my mind in such a blur.
I see your beauty now, in my mind's eye,
My desire. Your love lifts me on high.
