Wind and snow

There was a time when life was pretty
There was a time when life was bold
There was a time when I wish for a hand to hold
But life has it twists and turns
cold and destructive
the wind time
some will live, some will die
some will love
other will wipe the tears
some will learn to live alone
counting the stars
hoping for eternity
I shed a tear
Wind and gray
will I fade a way
shall I never see
another spring day
