Blood Junkie

by Razel Davies

The night,
Calling,
Hauling,
Me out.
I’m scared,
Falling,
Sprawling,
For that fix.

The bite,
Sleaze,
Sneeze,
Of liquid red.
I’m fulfilled,
A breeze,
On their knees,
I go back to shadow.

My heart flutters,
It courses through my veins.
The thick crimson,
Liquor manna.
Ecstasy,
Orgasmic breath.
Metal taste of death,
With a hint of Godly power.
I kill again,
For my hunger.

I’m whole again,
From the field of fright.
You are safe again,
Until the next night.

Razel, Razel, Razel. I see you're still into vampirism. Good write- very vivid and colorful images. I loved the last stanza. Wll, it's morning here- nothing to fear, huh????
