Should Have Said It Sooner by Jared OrlandoI should have said it sooner
Before your breath rested here
In between boring eyes and cheek
Meek and humble, this earthly mumble
To scratch and bleed was something
This stage was blessed with, caressed with
Like the molding of this bare goddess
You grew to be in this beat after beat
Beating on my breast, one shot heard in the
Pitch black goneness, deliciousness
Has left my unspoken words nothing but
Fossils and frozen in time, lent to
A shaking hand over paper and picture
The trees, leafless and old birds left to
Nest it's the same difference
Damned as a normal broken boy missing 01/21/2009 Posted on 01/21/2009 Copyright © 2024 Jared Orlando
