Celebrity got me out of here by Laura DoomSophie's choices are cool, justifying her fame
as the font of all wisdom, sans seraphim fire.
She's a bit of a cult, so the t-shirts proclaim
but her role as a mom leaves a lot to desire.
Fate is a drifter with nowhere to go
her enduring ambition - to get there, and fast.
In the great scheme of things, she is just plain jane doe
with a plan for a future that lives in the past.
Hype is a dreamer, she needs to believe
in a media frenzy that's fuelled by cocaine.
Her philosphy's worldly - 'I give to receive'
and she sticks to her lines like the pious to pain.
Chastity's special, she's saving herself
for an S&M psycho cum self-proclaimed gay.
Though her body's a temple, top-heavy with wealth,
hardcore worship's restricted to 'thought for the day'.
Alma martyr's sorority party died down
when the karma police machine rolled into town.
It's the mother of tragedies, played to convey
that a little self-sacrifice goes a long way. 01/11/2009 Posted on 01/11/2009 Copyright © 2024 Laura Doom

Posted by Elizabeth Jill on 01/13/09 at 01:44 PM I would love to feel what it feels like to be your pen/keyboard when these things come out of you. Yes: Bullseye. |
Posted by Rachelle Howe on 03/06/09 at 03:29 PM Clawing at the eyes of vapid connotation, we watch the marrow flow from punctured misconception. Silently slumbering, the pretty people fall like crumbled artifacts and wash away the perfection curse. :D So painful when left with harrowed two dimensionality. |
