6. rooftop pounding (haiku)

I paint the trees
dropping petals
the "petals" (little snippets of the watercolor painting) slip down and fall out when you open the card
01/01/2009 Author's Note: #6 of the new year haiku. * I think I like "rooftop pounding" more than "pounding rooftop" (maybe I could leave out the rooftop- but for now I like the sound...)
