deeper oversky

by Aaron Michael

i think reality is bending.

the horizon pulls father
everyday and
i think
the world is folding toward me.
this too small
origami sphere
is going to tear,
the skies are
going to bleed,
and the deeper oversky
will drown.

because every world
needs a fresh start.
