What do you hear when you listen to me?

What tales does your heart tell you?

What will it take to set your soul free,

What is it now that we must do?

The questions line the pages of my mind,

More hopes, dreams and ideas.

Perhaps one day soon I will indeed find

My place somewhere, hopefully near.

What is it that you now hear?

What becomes of the ideas you hold?

In the waiting, the heart becomes dear

As thoughts hasten, becoming bold.
