I am what I can't forgive you for

by Trisha De Gracia

You'd nail me with ice in your eyes

-and a sting like the snap of a glove-

far less like the love you used to prefer

far more like installing the catheter

and I promised I'd make 'me' enough

I just needed to stuff

all your thrusts full of us

and to fuck your tough touch rough enough

not to hear what you mean when you call me a slut

or make me mistrust and mistake for affection

the smut you had smeared from my lips

to the holes that you'd bore in my guts.

.& so I gave up.
.& so we.
.& so we.
.give up.

Wonderfully vicious. I especially love those first couple of lines.

Droooool... Drool. I haven't gotten to slobber on you in a year. It's the ending, sweet pea, and it's so completely you.
