There is such ancillary chatter

Going around in my brain.

I often wonder what is the matter

And how much will inevitably remain.

These dreams that I have in the night

Haunt me, as the words fly across the page.

Somehow, it all just turns out right.

My ancillary chatter never turns to rage.
