somehow, these glasses i wear became a crutch for not believing in the reality of this condition;
and i know it's only a matter of time before i have to go back and get a new set.

What a great sense of dread you've caught in this. At the same time, you're resigned to what you think is inevitable, but you're not hopeless about it. Really nicely done.

They eyes have it or is that the ayes. Take care of them m'lady. It is one of the best tools we have to perceive the world. I've worn them since I was in the 1st grade. Really nice write!
