I DID IT

by Charles E Minshall

I did it in the bedroom,
I did it against the wall.
I did it in the backyard,
That was the best of all.

I did it in pajamas,
And even nothing too.
I did it in front of a mirror,
But I didn't like the view.

I think I over did it,
For it really made me sore.
I think I'll just lie on the couch
And exercise no more.

Well I tried
But I must confide,
On the couch I lied
And as I lied I lied.

Bodily exercise, when compulsory, does no harm to the body, but knowledge acquired under compulsion obtains no hold on the mind. (That's Aristotle) I support that each of us should "exercise" the art he/she knows! Good one, CharMin and thanks.
