sail you to by Maria MassarellaI, born on a starfilled new
moon night where orchards
scent valleys and sea-nymphs
weave zephyrean serenades
have often contemplated on
these legendthrilled shores
the sagoma of Circe that in-
habits mystic the Tyrrhenian
my thoughts go to the fragrant
magical flower - gift of the gods
shielding Ulysses from Circe's be-
witching enchantments - yet her
lovewhispers sailed him safe like
my sussurations would sail stars
tonight - shower you with petals
of light to shield you in this Now

11/07/2008 Author's Note: draft of a Mythprompt - dedicated to my beloved
parents who were experiencing a rough-seas-moment...
oh, but who needs myths when we have God
'sagoma' is an italian word that would intend - form, shape, outline ...
