Too deep for my own good.

I know that I should

Lighten up, try relaxing,

Which would be less taxing

On me

And any sensibility.

I let my folkways and mores

Just get in the way.

I am high in saturation and low in lightness,

Not situated well within the boundaries.

My extension in life is typically downward

And more often backward while I'm going forward.

Still far too deep,

I just wish my thoughts would creep.
