climbing the walls for days i was
seeking some sort of answer
to questions gone ignored
you just stood there
you never said a thing & when
you finally spoke, it was nothing
nothing
worth listening to & i could have
cried or died, they truly are one
in the same, all this time spent
waiting for this
beautiful confrontation, what i needed
most
and you just stood there, you
just
stood
there
and looked exactly the same.
