little does she know, i already have
by Nanette Bellman
we've created our own form
of government issued rebuttals.
one usually starts with "your mom"
the other ends with "on your face",
just insert the previously thrown insult.
when he says "will you come on?"
i decide to go there,
(not on purpose - i just wasn't thinking),
"if you don't stop, i'm going to come on your face"
then she says,
"if i ever catch you coming on his face...."
i forget the rest because i'm busy,
thinking how i already have.
Author's Note: i have no heart...sometimes.

great story about the ways we really talk, and also a mirror into how you feel saying these things. How you REALLY feel that is. Like something your hiding. Something he def. doesn't know. Great read.
