HarkAngel by Maria Massarella
The Amalfi Coast in Laurie's album
is a typical Italian gem. Solar
Mediterranean. For me a Tyr-
rhenian preliminary as I tongue
my way to the navel of things. You
placed me on this rugged wind-
kissed promontory rilling salinity
to sun-soaked desires. Eyes
sail horizons skimming Ligurian dreams
the senses hunger yet never dare
taste. Cinque Terre. Si
Yes. Like one for each florid sense
effluents of the mystic sixth where All
is star-seeded into being poetry
making of my Now pure gestation. In
your communique its' immaculate conception.

written in a lateness, out-of-contest moment -- the "contest" being that
hosted by Michelle & Laurie "Photopoetagraphy". Find it in the forums.
This has been posted there only to honour the thread -- not "in gara"
Cinque Terre would be Five Lands ... a bejewelled group of villages on the coast of Liguria ...

notes: si. i would meet you there
... write the poetry of a dream ...
