watching change by Charlie MorganCyndi Lauper swirls by with Toby Keith in tow.
she's wailing about girls just wanna have fun;
in his baritone-tenor, 'i wanna tawk about me.'
seems they are at it again, them and their needs.
doesn't anyone hear the baby of change crying?
crying for sustenance and helpful guidance.
such is my head-spin currently, loving too much
the unborn kids who will suffer low-hanging pants,
attitudes to match, and my grandson, my genes
in this mix of values. my influence is short: 20 yrs. 08/13/2008 Posted on 08/13/2008 Copyright © 2026 Charlie Morgan

| Posted by Alison McKenzie on 08/13/08 at 05:09 PM I know. PLUS, the year 2012 looms ever closer. Even if there is no apocolypse, we grown ups haven't left things in the best of shape. Shame on humanity. |
| Posted by Meghan Helmich on 08/13/08 at 06:13 PM yeah, i have to admit, at 10, when i was dreaming of being a variety of career-oriented women, i never thought i'd come to that (in)opportunity in the middle of a recession. unfortunate, really. i'm not sure who to blame, really. |

Nice job! |
