Like a Beautifully Painted Picture

by Joe Cramer

Like such a beautifully painted picture

You stand before me now, such a vision.

Your love, my sweet muse, so good I am sure,

Whe we are joined, there's no indecision.

Like such a finely sculptured work of art

From the Master's gentle hand yet to share.

I would be with you always, as I ought

To have a love like yours, for which I care.

You, my muse, are sweetest song in such verse,

Lifing my heart now in this melody.

Just to be near you, if but to converse

I long for your love, a spirit so free.

My muse, you are all things of such beauty,

Sharing our lives, such a tranquility.

How do such things get written?!!! I would love, love, love to have been a muse for someone so talented and so authentic. I love this... I love this... I love this! ~N
