accepting [the] change

hidden meanings walk in and out
of our lives of pleasurable sorrow.
sniffing, hunting for that moment,
the one to turn your insides out.

the cutting time for the stone
so sharp Hippicrates sheaths it;
and so loose should be the tethers,
sometimes so as to offer freedom.

they will roam adrift on spongy memories,
landing at will and keeping hopes alive;
hidden meanings make tomorrow exciting,
allow for enjoyment of the yesterdays.

You seem to have touched on something, here. I, personally, am not very good at being cryptic. I'm way too obvious. But I'm sure there are hidden meanings everywhere...
