Often so tired, I am not surprised

The softest shade of such a subtle hue

Reminding me of a time that is new.

Your eyes, that are the windows of a soul

So deep, so kind, if I may be so bold.

In your sweet eyes that I find such a love

Reflecting azure, from heavens above.

To gaze deeply, into your eyes again

Is all I ever want, be my sweet friend.

I would give my all, if but to gaze

Into your eyes that are so very kind.

This way, they are with me all of my days
