Murky Mud River by Johnny CrimsonTake me back down to the swamp
I'm goin'
Red moon a beggin'
Bull frogs a callin'
Were not safe tonight in the moonlight
Murky Mud River
I'm comin' home to you
Country boy on a log
jut a guttin' that catfish Ohh
Enemies waitin' round the corner
Me and my boy rushin' to the water
Hound dog a singin'
Howlin' in the moonlight
Home at the shack
stringin' up what we're catchin'
Banjo on my knee
Hound dog just a messin'
Folk comin' to me
Swamp rocks through me
Murky Mud River
I wanna crawl back to ya
In the mornin' we'll get our riverboat a chuggin'
Talkin' to the trees
Dream about a lovin'
Me and my hound
