How Quietly I Sit Now

by Joe Cramer

How quietly I sit now

Awaiting your call

That does not answer.

The phone that does not ring

Some solace it would bring.

Longing for the call

That lifts my life.

It just doesn't seem right

To have such self imposed strife.

Ya, a decision to do nothing is still a decision. Very well put.
