I was never one, much

To eat in the cafeteria,

The lunchroom

Or the Teacher's Lounge.

I prefer the solitude

Of my deak,

Or workstation,

Or outside on a park bench.

Though I do enjoy

The company of others,

I just enjoy a quiet lunch.

Author's Note: ... it's funny, dinners end up that way too... I won't even mention the breakfast I rarely eat.....
