Living in the Country

Though I am not much
Of a country gentleman.
I sit quietly and watch
The sunrises, sunsets,
Moon rise and stars shine.
Sometimes just the quiet
Accompanied with the inevitable
Whistle of the midnight train.
It's never the same.
I do love it,
