This fifth essence that becomes my life,

Wraps around me, encompasses my being.

I remain quintessentially quite quiet

Throughout the sum of my days,

In so many arcane ways.

My mind is a riot.

In all that I am seeing,

I quietly endure such self-imposed strife.
