She blew past me as if I never existed,

As if I had no place in this world.

I was summarily dismissed

Though I did manage to tell her

That she had no idea of what I know.

(Care, feel or see for that matter.)

As much as I hate to be dismissed

Or hung up on for that matter,

it is always what's best for me.

Less spinning of wheels

In total futility.
