This interest that is not interest,

Yet is interested all the same.

I never know what to do.

How much is real or is just feigned,

I find that when the best was

Is simply, merely no way,

My thoughts, ideas and emotions

Don't seem to get in the way.

I'd rather stick with

Just enjoying your company

And seeing where it goes from there.
