no need for false dreams by Kimberly BowenI dont need false dreams
Strumming lies about the future
Telling me youll be there
But damn what I would give
To get one more touch
Electrifying between the two of us
Just to convince myself
The kisses werent a dream
And the love wasnt a smoke screen
I wont say miss you
Thats too cliché and untrue
The only part of you I know
Is the snapped frame sewed
Right into my scarred side
Years later Ive concluded
Its not what it seems
Loved filled photo frames never can be
But damn I still want one more night
Laying beneath the heat stroked sky
One more taste of bliss
To get me through the lies
One uncovers in real life
I dont need a false dream
Just one more time
Letting your heat mix with mine
And I swear Ill finally be fine
