Curiosity

by Steven Craig

Sometimes, answers to curiosity are simple.

They are laying all about,
like the sand on the beach.

Many will stick to you,
and you will brush them off
without realizing what they were.

Often, the hardest things to find,
are laying close within your grasp.

What you seek ...

it is not in what you see.
It is entirely in how you see it.

When you learn to adapt your mind
to accept perceptions as an introduction to fact,
when you stand before the mirror
and ask the impertinent question...
you are then and only then on the door step
of the pertinent answer.

Life is a peregrination,
not a depot stored with knowledge.

Dreams are always a possible reality.

Desires are always a possible date with reality.

Destiny is always just a half a step beyond the average effort.

You are a moment in time,
unique to all existence and eternal nature.

In all the time of the universe,
this is the moment that is you.
There will be no other.
Grasp it for the great adventure that is your life

Live, and all the universe shall live with you

Here you stand.

Here you fight for what your life is to be tomorrow
and the day beyond that.

The emotional bugles are trumpeting your arrival.

All you need to do, is be there when the epiphany sounds.

Yes...the joy of the present moment and the awareness to be proactive within it! Nice write here...adding it into my favorites! MFS

Perfectly titled. Curiousity led me to read it and I found one of our hungers in life expounded quite satisfyingly.

To actually be in a moment when it happens instead of in retrospect now that is truly art and life well lived...excellent and inspiring. smh
